一、学校简介

外国留学生云南省政府奖学金（以下简称奖学金）由云南省人民政府设立，用于资助申请到奖学金院校接受中国学历学位教育或非学历教育的国际学生。曲靖师范学院是经云南省教育厅备案的奖学金院校，承担政府奖学金生培养任务。

我校设有18个教学科研机构，有8个省级重点建设学科，省级一流学科2个，设有全日制本科专业59个（含师范类专业19个），涉及经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、管理学、艺术学9大学科门类。现有2个国家级一流本科专业建设点、1个国家特色专业、15个省级一流本科专业建设点、云南省特色（重点）专业5个。

二、招生范围

1.以“一带一路”沿线国家和南亚东南亚国家为主，兼顾其他国家。

2.学历教育和非学历教育。学历教育包括本科生，非学历教育包括进修生和预科生。

三、申请条件

1.我校在读的国际学生或有意来我校就读的国际学生，非中国籍公民，身体健康。

2.学历和年龄要求：

（1）申请攻读学士学位者，应具有高中毕业或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过25周岁；

（2）进修生入学时应具有学士学位或以上学历，年龄一般不超过55周岁；

（3）预科生入学时应具有高中毕业或同等学历，年龄一般不超过25周岁。

3.学业成绩优秀，当年无任何考试、考核不合格的情形。

4.无任何违反《曲靖师范学院国际学生学籍管理规定》的行为。

5.当年未同时获得其他各类奖学金。

四、申请流程

1.选择专业；我校可招收国际学生的相关院系及专业如下。也可登录网址

2.填写《云南省政府奖学金申请表》，备齐申请材料；

3.申请材料电子版发送至电子信箱：496630620@qq.com；纸质版于2024年4月12日前寄达曲靖师范学院国际学院办公室，逾期不予受理。

注：不论录取与否，申请人材料均不退还。

五、申请材料

申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（一式两份）：

1.《云南省政府奖学金申请表》（由云南省教育厅统一印制）原件及复印件各一份，用中文或英文填写。

2.最高学历证明或预毕业证明（需经公证）复印件；如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明；中英文以外文本需附中文或英文的译文。

3.HSK4级及以上成绩单复印件。

4.高中学习成绩单复印件，中英文以外文本需附中文或英文的译文。

5.来华学习或研究计划（不少于400字），用中文或英文书写。

6.《外国人体格检查表》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）复印件；用英文填写；申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。

无犯罪记录证明。

本人护照有头像页的扫描件或清晰复印件。

本人证件照电子版，以护照号码命名（照片格式：彩色 2 寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的 2/3，照片尺寸不低于 320*240 像素，高宽比为 4： 3， 大小为 100-500KB，JPG 格式）。

经济保证证明。

以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。

六、录取及通知

1.曲靖师范学院组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，择优向云南省教育厅推荐奖学金生候选人。

2.根据云南省教育厅的评审结果，确定录取名单，并进行公示。

3.曲靖师范学院通知奖学金获得者本人，并寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）及《入学指南》，被录取的学生前往中国驻国际学生所在国使（领）馆办理学习签证，并按照学校规定的日期（通常当年8月末）来校报到注册。已在校学生按相关规定正常办理居留许可延期手续。

4.奖学金获得者原则上不得变更学习专业及修业年限。

5.未按期到校报到注册或体检不合格者，其奖学金资格自动取消。

6.所有奖学金获得者均需参加年度奖学金评审，评审合格后方可继续获得奖学金，评审不合格者取消奖学金获得资格。

Application Guide for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship, Qujing Normal University, 2024

1. ABOUT QJNU

Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) is established by the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government to support international students who apply for scholarship institutions to receive academic degree education or non-academic education in China. Qujing Normal University is one of the Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship Institutions and undertakes the task of cultivating government scholarship students.

Qujing Normal university has 18 teaching and research institutions, 8 provincial-level key construction disciplines, 2 provincial first-class disciplines, and 59 full-time undergraduate majors (including 19 teacher-training majors), covering 9 major disciplines of economics, law, pedagogy, literature, history, natural science, engineering, management and arts. There are two national first-class undergraduate majors, one national speciality, 15 provincial first-class undergraduate majors and five specialities in Yunnan Province.

2. ADMISSION CATEGORY

2.1 Mainly open to countries along the “Belt and Road”, South Asia and Southeast Asian countries, applicants from other countries are also welcome.

2.2 Academic education (undergraduate students) and non-academic education (students attending an advanced study and prep students).

3. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

3.1 International students who are enrolled in our school or intend to come to our school, non-Chinese citizens, being in good health.

3.2 Education and age requirements:

3.2.1 The High School Graduation Certification or the same education level is required for Bachelor’s degree program applicants, who have excellent academic performance and be generally under the age of 25.

3.2.2 The bachelor’s degree or above is required for Students attending an advanced study applicants, who are generally under the age of 55.

3.2.3 The High School Graduation Certification or the same level is required for Prep students applicants, who are generally under the age of 25.

3.3 Excellent academic performance, with no failures in any examinations or tests during the year.

3.4 No violation of “Regulations on International Students’ Scholl Roll Management of QJNU”.

3.5 Only applicants who have not received other sorts of fund or scholarship during the year could apply for this scholarship.

4. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

4.2 Complete the Application Form of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship Program and prepare all the application materials.

4.3 The electronic version of the application materials should be sent to 496630620@qq.com; paper copies should be sent to the office of College of International Studies of QJNU by 12th April 2024, and overdue applications will not be accepted.

Notes: Qujing Normal University will not return any submitted materials regardless the final admission condition.

5. APPLICATION MATERIALS

The following application materials (in duplicate) are needed.

5.1 The original copy and photocopy of Application Form of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship Program, complete in Chinese or English.

5.2 Photocopy of the applicant’s highest academic degree certificate. Those who are currently studying in a college or university are required to provide certification of their student status (provided by the college or university). Those who are employed after graduation are required to provide certification of their employment status (provided by their employer). Certificates/certifications written in languages other than Chinese and English are required to be attached with a Chinese or English Version.

5.3 Photocopy of valid HSK transcript (HSK 4 or above).

5.4 Photocopy of the high school transcript. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese and English are required to be attached with a Chinese or English Version.

5.5 Study or research plan in English or Chinese (400 words or above).

5.6 Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (please only hand in a photocopy and keep the original version with you). This form is released by China's quarantine authority. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

5.7 Certificate of Non-criminal Record.

5.8 Passport photo page.

5.9 Personal ID photo, named after passport number (Photo reference format: 2 inch color crown-free ID photo. The white background has no borders, the head accounts for 2/3 of the photo size, the photo size is not less than 320 * 240 pixels, the aspect ratio is 4: 3, the size between 100 KB and 500KB, JPG format.)

5.10 Proof of financial guarantee.

Notes: Please bind all the materials required on top left in order 1 to 10. TWO sets of materials are needed.

6. ADMISSION AND NOTIFICATION

6.1 Qujing Normal University will organize experts to evaluate the application materials and recommend the selected scholarship candidates to Education Department of Yunnan Province.

6.2 Based on the evaluation results of Education Department of Yunnan Province, the admission list will be determined and publicized.

6.3 Qujing Normal University will inform scholarship recipients and send them the Letter of Acceptance, the Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China (JW202) and the Admission Guide. Students accepted go to the Chinese Embassy (or Consulate) at the international student’s native country to apply for a study visa and report to Qujing Normal University on the date set by the University (usually at the end of August of the year). Students who are already enrolled in school shall apply for the extension of residence permit in accordance with the relevant regulations.

6.4 Scholarship recipients shall not change their majors chosen or duration of study unless they give up the grant.

6.5 Scholarships will be automatically cancelled for those who fail to report to school and register on time or fail the medical examination.

6.6 All scholarship recipients are required to attend the annual scholarship review and will be eligible to continue to receive the scholarship if they pass the review; those who fail to pass the review will be disqualified.
